Kurt,

Some of my earliest memories are from playing with the toys at your house in Mandeville. Your Mom had a hand in shaping so many young lives including mine. And I for one am richer from her teaching and care. She will always be with us and a part of us.

Love and prayers,

-Timothy

Dear Kurt and Nichole — Kurt’s mom fought valiantly and was an inspiration to us all as she faced her illness head-on. I am lucky enough to have one of the quilts she made and I will continue to treasure it along with many, many fond memories of her and her wonderful friendship with my own mother. Much love – Adrienne
