June 12, 1918 – July 4, 2004

Our loving mother and grandma graduated to heaven the afternoon of July 4, 2004.

Born June 12, 1918 in Davenport, WA to Robert F. and Ema Carstens Joslin. June graduated from Walla Walla High School in 1936. After high school she moved to Seattle June worked for Lohman and Hanford for 4+ years, Frederick and Nelson traffic department for 30 years and then worked at the Renton Social Security office for 10 years. June was a member of the Eastern Star for over 50 years and a longtime member of the Duwamish Presbyterian Church.

Preceded in death by her husband of 40 years Harold and her brothers Harry and Bob Joslin. Survived by her loving daughter Barbara Mathews of Des Moines, WA; grandchildren Kelly Mathews of Lake Forest, CA and Keith Jennifer Mathews of Buckley, WA and great-grandchildren Seth and Shayley Mathews of Lake Forest, CA and arriving soon Alyson Emma Mathews of Buckley, WA bringing the full circle of life together.

Service 11:00 AM Friday, July 9, 2004 at Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial, 16445 International Blvd, SeaTac.

I was so sorry to hear of Junes passing.I cleaned her house for many years and visited her when she moved to Fernwood.I lost track of her when she moved from there…she could always make me smile with her bubbly personality..She will be missed..God Bless You June..

our family was so sorry to hear about June’s passing . She was a wonderful roomate to Florence and a very happy person and quite a lady. She will be missed.

June was our mothers roomate at Judson Park and we grew very fond of her. She was always wearing a happy face. We will miss her. God’s blessings to her family

Rest in Peace Grandma. You would have been 95 today. I really miss your Salmon loaf and also that oyster bake. I’ll see you someday

Grandma, I miss you all the time. I cherish all the wonderful memories with you. I took slides into the camera store today to turn them into prints. They are yours and grandpas slides. I am eager to see what is on them. Sending my love to you in heaven.
