It has been an honor and priviledge to know Ken. As his neighbor and friend I have found the true meaning of community and goodwill! He has been and always will be an extended member of my family and a friend I can count on. But most of all, I will always think of Ken Davick as the finest example of a human being!

I worked with Ken at Panasonic in the warehouse. When we all left the company I gave 5 of my favorit people a goodby note and a silver dollar. Ken was one of those 5. He was a coworker and a friend, I will never forget him.

We have known Ken and his wife Linda for several years and have fond memories of times spent together with them. We met them through my brother and his wife and together the six of us would sometimes go camping, fishing, or sometimes just hang out together. We will always remember Ken as being good natured, even tempered, and always fun to be around. All we can hope for is that the people we meet in our lives are a little better off from knowing us. Those who knew Ken can all say they are better from knowing him. Our deepest sympathy goes out to Linda and to all of Ken’s friends and family. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Punk will always be in my thoughts. I remember him through the eyes of a young teenager seeing him proudly wearing his Coast Guard uniform when he returned home on leave. I looked up to him then and now.

He taught his brother Jim how to spit shine shoes then Jim taught me. The next months while walking to school Jim and I would see who had the best shine on their shoes. I think Jim won most of the time. I believe we both wanted to be just like Punk.

I will cherish the memories of him, to many to list here. God bless him and his family.

I met Ken in about 1974 at Kent Bowl – my last name was Williams at that time. Myself, two others and Ken bowled as a mixed doubles team until about 1980 and had many good times together. My sympathy to Ken’s family and especially to his daughter Jodi.
