Ken was such a great friend and civic servant. His true joy was helping others. I remember all the weekends at Camp Sealth with our daughters. All the times we were TP’d . There were so many camp-ins at the Pacific Science Center helping the campers get the most of their experiences there. God surely told him his work on earth was done and he had earned a rest. Bless you Ken.
My friend Ken, you will be missed! Thank you for your friendship and service over these 45 years to the Seafair Parade Marshal Family.
Gina and Taty, there will always be a special place in your heart for your Dad and Grandpa, when you miss him the most, look inside your heart, he will always be there for you.
I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy to the family for the loss of your dear Ken. I hope that you will find comfort in the words of Jesus at John 5:28,29 where he promised that the day is coming when he is goring to resurrect back to life those in the grave. Until then, it is just like they are sleeping. (John 11:11-13) May your family draw strength from Jehovah, the God of all Comfort.
I feel extremely blessed to have known Ken through my mom and Camp Fire.He taught us all what it meant to serve and have fun while doing it. I am sorry to find out that I missed his Memorial, but he will always be remembered fondly.
Ken was a big part of my Campfire days. For such a skinny fellow, he sure was larger than life. I’m glad to have had him as a part of my childhood and the world’s a little smaller without him in it.
