Kenneth Williams McChesney
At the age of 64, Kenneth died in his home Monday, August 18, 2004, of congestive heart failure, culminating several years of kidney and diabetes complications. He was born December 3, 1939, in Oakland, California to George and Doris McChesney. Kenneth met his wife Sharon at Oregon State University where he graduated in 1962 with a BS degree in engineering. He and Sharon then moved to the Seattle area where he began a 33 year long career with the Boeing Company and Boeing Computer Services. Kenneth was a resident in the Highline area and attended Boulevard Park Presbyterian Church where he was an active elder and church treasurer for many years. He was also involved in ushering for the Basic Youth Seminars. A faithful husband and devoted father, Kenneth is survived by his wife Sharon, their two daughters Merry Romero and Lisa Siedenburg, four grand children, and his sister Margaret Powell. A memorial service was held Monday, August 23, 2004 at his home church. Memorial gifts may be sent to the NW Kidney Center or to the Financial Seminar Scholarship Fund at Boulevard Park Presbyterian Church
