Obituary
KEUNG FUNG (PATRICK) ENG
Patrick was born on October 3, 1950 in Hong Kong. He moved to Seattle on January 5, 1968 and attended Garfield High School. He married Jinny in Hong Kong on December 17, 1974 and raised two children, Ryan and Shannon.
Patrick was part owner of Sunlite Restaurant in Renton, alongside his father, where he also bartended and cooked. He had many fond memories of Sunlite and made lifelong friends. After 25 years, Sunlite closed its doors where Patrick took a year off to relax. He worked the next 7 years at EVA Airlines, followed by his most recent and last job as a driver for Smile Design Dental Lab.
Patrick loved many things other than his family. He loved watching movies, listening to music and most of all – shopping. He always looked good.
Patrick passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on February 3, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gene F. and Yuk L. Eng. He is survived by his wife, Jinny, and children, Ryan (Eva) and Shannon (Knight Chang); grandchildren Alyssa and Logan Eng and Tori Chang; brothers Victor (Nancy) and Frank, and Stella (Peter Look); several nieces and nephews and even more grand nieces and a grand nephew.
Dear Shannon and Knight,
Please accept my condolences.

I was one of the many children that had the amazing opportunity to grow up within the loving arms of the OK Family. Uncle Pat was always supporting with everything, and one of the first people that I showed my choice in wedding dress to, so I could get his expert fashion opinion. I will always remember him telling me to live life and never have any regrets. We love you and miss you Uncle Pat.
I enjoyed every time Patrick came to the office. So friendly and full of life. Sorry for the loss of a kind soul.
