Kristine M. (Broetje) Gehlhausen
Age 56, died suddenly at her home in Woodinville on Oct 5, 2016. Born in Kirkland, WA on Feb 17, 1960. A graduate of Juanita High School, Kristine loved many things, including camping, reading, musicals, creating new dishes in her kitchen, teaching Sunday school, and supporting the Seattle Mariners and Seahawks. Along with her husband, she was the co-owner of a profitable Fire Safety company. Her children were her pride and joy. She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Tim; children, Hannah Broetje, Curtis, Richard, and Lydia; her mother, Betty Broetje; siblings, Douglas, Richard, Thomas and Sharon.
Services will be held on Friday, Oct 14 at 12:00 PM at Life Community Church in Kirkland, WA.

Dear Family,
Although I don’t know you well, I know how Kris adored you. I worked with her at Scan years ago and she was a great example of God’s love. I hope that the healing power of His love will help you with your loss and grief during this difficult time. Your family is in my prayers.
Kris was one of the most lovely people I have ever known. She always had a ready smile and a soft kind voice. She was a woman full of grace and she will be missed by all who knew her.
