Larry Christiansen
Larry Christiansen, resident of Swan Valley, Montana and Burien, Washington, went home to be with the Lord on Feb. 18th 2017. He grew up in Montana at the State Orphans Home in Twin Bridges, Montana. He joined the US Airforce in 1955 and was trained as an air traffic controller. He was assigned to Larson AFB in Moses Lake, WA where he met his wife LaRuth. They have been married 60 years. After his first tour of duty he was hired by the Federal Aviation Agency and worked at Van Nuys, Burbank, Denver and Sea-Tac airports. After his retirement he spent most of his time in his native State of Montana.
He is survived by his wife LaRuth, son Jeff (Mary), grandchildren; Matthew, Kathleen, Patrick and Tawney. His brother John who lives in Belgrade, MT.
A Memorial Service for Larry wil be held Saturday, March 25th, 2017 at 1:00pm at Boulevard Park Church, located at 1822 South 128th St. in Burien, WA.
