My prayers and thoughts are with you, Michelle, and your family.Don’t we have such neat memories from St. Francis? I, of course, think of you every time we drive by your old house.Tom Phillips e-mailed me this AM to let me know of his Moms passing and he directed me to this sight, where I came across your Dads obituary, also.
Thinking of you being back in the loving arms of your dearly beloved makes the pain lessen, but your absence from our lives will leave a permanent mark, though not as great, deep and meaningful as your life. You were an inspiration to all who knew you and a role model for any age. Having you and Grandma in our lives have brought us into the people that we are today, and for that we will be forever grateful.
With great love and fond memories we sweetly say good bye, and we love you!
Till we are all together again………….

Tom and Ann,
I’m so sorry for your loss.
You were so lucky to have enjoyed and shared the last months so closely with Vern. The time was truly a gift from God. A gift that will be remembered and treasured through your lifetime.
My very best. Love Barb
My only regret is not taking time out of my busy life to visit. I’ll miss you Grandpa, but I know that you’re in paradise!
I worked with Vern at Good Chevrolet. I loved that man. So decent, so easy going. I remember him talking about his dad that worked at the Rainier Beer brewery. Talked of how you could grab a bottle off of the line and drink it. Quality control. His dad went back every month after he retired to collect a free case of beer. Part of the deal ya know. He didn’t drink anymore, but by God got the case that was coming to him. Vern had a lot of automotive knowledge that that is lost today. He’d told me that Good Chev used to have a radio shop snd he’d fixed em right there. R I.P. Vern, I’m proud to have known you ! I hope your truck is still in the family. He took such good care of it.
