Maxine, in my sadness of this time, I can recall many fond memories of you both. I remember when Roy tried to ‘fool’ you about being hit on the head with a huge pine cone in your yard with fir trees! I remember Roy ‘watching’ me when I was dating and keeping his watch timing! A relative many years ago saw me at the mailbox and commented on me as a blond and Roy was quick to let them know that it was black at the roots! Nice guy, huh? Memories are what we have to cling to when someone leaves us. I hope you cherish the many years of memories made together!

Howard met Leroy, over 50 years ago while working at Kenworth. We have spent many hours together, enjoyed many hunting and fishing trips over the years. You and Leroy always felt like family. We always enjoyed your company at Christmas and Thanksgiving. Our hearts go out to you and your family, Your loss is greatly felt by all in our family.

Maxine, I just wanted to offer my condolences. I think about you and our years together at Boeing. You helped a frightened new hire learn the ropes with kindness and patience.

Maxine, Sorry to hear about the loss of your husband, our condolences to you and your family. I still remember the time I followed you home from work one night and you didn’t know that I just lived down the street. You thought it was a crazy person and you drove right past your driveway. Take care.

Maxine, I’ll always owe a debt of gratitude to Leroy, taking a chance on Terron to get him on at Nicholson. I’ll also always remember how much fun we had at Thanksgiving dinners when Maxine and Leroy would come. I’ll bet him and Dad are up there trying to get God excited about going out hunting or maybe trying some fishing… Kathy House Stanley
