Lester Lambert
Lester Lambert, 87, passed away peacefully at home, his family at his side, on September 8, 2011. Lester was born on April 12, 1924 to Elijah & Maggie Lambert and was one of 13 children. After serving in the Military, Lester enjoyed a 36-year career at Boeing, retiring in 1987. His favorite leisure activities included gardening, fishing, and golfing. He was especially proud to have made a hole-in-one. Lester is preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Laurel Lambert. He is survived by 3 married children – Leonard & Mardi Lambert, Lois & Mitch McGeary, and Linda & Tony White. Lester was proud of his 7 grandchildren – Leo, Matthew and Corrine Lambert, Mitchell & Michael McGeary, Leslie and Kurtis Mayhall, as well as numerous great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday September 14, 2011 at Bonney Watson Memorial Chapel, International Blvd., SeaTac.
