Les was my favorite heckler at the locker room. he loved everything i sang.

“When the twilight is gone and no song birds are singing. When the twilight is gone you’ll come into my heart and here in my heart you will stay, while I pray.”

I love you and will miss you.

My deepest sympathys to the family, Les will be missed. I worked with Les in the pipe shop at Todd Shipyard for many Years, He knew everything there was to be known about the Wallace Bending Machine,s and could bend any Pipe in any Shape on the Hot Slab. Les always had time to stop and say Hi.

To the Sharp Family:

Sorry to hear of Les passing. Our condolences to the Sharp family. Until just recently had not seen Les since the late 60s and 70s. Les retired so many years ago. We tipped a few beers in White Center. We worked at Todd Shipyard in the Pipe Shop. Les was a well respected pipe bender and very dedicated to pipe bending tasks. Wrestling the large heavy pipes took a toll on his health. I do not remember Les complaning about his problems.

Our most recent meeting was at the Funeral Home for the passing of the long time Pipe Foreman Mr. Ed Lynch for whom we worked.

With sympathy Lon and Kathy
