In Loving memory of Louis Antonelli.  March 26, 1925 – Dec 16, 2013.  Louie peacefully let go of his daughters and granddaughters hands, as he reached out to take his wife, Maxine’s hand once again. In the 1960’s Louie was a Seattle Seafair Pirate for a couple years. Then he moved up after  being  elected to serve as  Captain Kidd for the Seattle Seafair Pirates. Louie is  predeceased by his  mother, Angeline Pompeo, brother Dominic Antonelli, and sister Mary Kane. He is survived by his two daughters Linda William, Terry Rodriguez, five grand children, six great grand children, brother John Pompeo, and brother in-law Frank Kane. Dearest Linda, Terry and family,

I was saddened to hear of your dad’s passing, but know he is content being with your mom again. Your dad and mom were wonderful people that raised two very beautiful and kind daughters. I know you and your family and friends must be grieving immeasurably and we are so sorry for what you are having to endure. Please know our arms are around you in spirit and that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Our love to both of you, your children and grandchildren and extended family.

With deepest sympathy for your loss, Pat Hellekson and family.

Rest In paradise Grandpa… I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. You will continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Your love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared your love.

Grandpa I wish I was sitting down to your

Spaghetti dinner instead of signing this guest book

I will forever cherish wonderful memories of

being your granddaughter. Remember when

You told me not to carry all the pies from the car

inside the house but I did it anyway and dropped

them all. You Said you weren’t mad But you know me, always wanting to show off 🙂 I remember you telling me you

Wish you could hold Grandmas hand again.. Now

You are.. I miss you xo

The most painful goodbyes are the ones that are never said. Those we hold closest never leave us, they live on in the love they brought into our lives. Rip Grandpa I miss you.

Dear Grandpa,

There are no goodbyes from this girl. I know we will meet again someday and we will pick right back up where we left off. You are one of my favorite people. There was always a hug and a smile waiting for us when we visited. So much love. Thank you for being so involved in our life. You and Grandma were always there. For Graduations, Weddings, Births or just a call saying hello. I will always treasure those moments. That’s what makes memories.

These past few days have been so bitter sweet. So sad for us us but so happy for everyone at the otherside of your door. Those who have been waiting in line to greet you. That warms my soul. I just wish I could put my ear upon the door and see if I could hear what they might be saying to you. I bet my dad would say… Louie what took you so long. Your mom would be sitting you down for dinner and your wife would be running into your arms and never letting go.

My heart is full and then the saddness passes. I know now there is no pain, no saddness no longing for your love and you can be free to dance one again and spread those beautiful wings and fly.

I am blowing you a kiss my sweet grandpa. I hope you are able to catch it. Now there is peace and calm for you forever.

Seize the day! You will always be in my heart. Love you so much.

P.S. I am a lucky woman to have had my children share moments with their great grandpa. They thought you were one cool great grandpa.

XO XO Love Kimmy

Dear Grandpa,

I am so sad that you had to go to heaven. I know that Grandma will be so excited to see you. Thank you for all the good times. Thank you for letting me sit on your walker with you. That was always so much fun. I will cherish all my stuffed animals that you shared with me and my brother. We are taking extra good care of them. We will miss you but you are in our hearts forever and nobody can take that away from us. Hugs and kisses to you. I love you. Jillian

It’s hard to sit here and read this guestbook, even harder to write in it. While I only had met you a handful of times I know that in those times I was blessed to have even had those times. You were a wonderful man, a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, an overall wonderful person who touched many lives. I can only be happy knowing you are finally reunited with your beautiful wife whom I had the honor of knowing as well. I never like to say goodbye, but instead until later. One day we will all be together again in the same place. RIP Louie

My Dearest Sweet Uncle Louie, you are such a gentle caring soul. When I would see you, you always embraced me with the Hug that always reminded me of my Dad. I could feel my Dad through you. I guess its a “Antonelli” Hug. Now you are in Heaven along side with Auntie Maxine and I am sure she is being given that “Antonelli” Hug. You will really be celebrating a wonderful Christmas surrounded by Family that have been waiting for you. You are such a wonderful Uncle and I am thankful you were mine. Rest in Peace Uncle Louie.

I will always have fond memories of Uncle Louie and Aunt Maxine. I was so proud as a kid that Uncle Louie was a pirate. May he rest in peace with the others in heaven.
