Margaret B. Bryant
Born in Southwest Harbor, Maine October 24, 1921, the fifth of five children, she died June 29, 2007. She was a graduate of South Kitsap Union High School and attended the University of Washington. She was an active member of Highline United Methodist Church for over 50 years, where she served in many capacities from Sunday School teacher to United Methodist Women president. She was involved with many service organizations over the years, most recently, PEO Sisterhood and Garden Club. Her friends were a big part of her life and she was a very compassionate person who enjoyed people. She established a chapter of the organization “Women Alone Together” in Seattle over ten years ago.

Her husband preceded her in death and she is survived by a brother Hinton Blaisdell of Spokane, two sons, Stan Bryant of Federal Way and Dan Bryant of Kent, along with six grandchildren, three great-grand children and countless friends. Services will be held at Highline United Methodist Church 130th & 1st Ave. S. in Burien on Friday July 6 at 4:00 pm, burial services will be at Washington Memorial Cemetery. Viewing will be at BONNEY-WATSON Parker Chapel 900 S.W. 146th St. in Burien on Friday July 6 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The family prefers memorial contributions be made in memory of Margaret B. Bryant to the American Lung Association or to Highline United Methodist Church.
