Carol Hamilton married Daniel Yarnchak March 18, 1946 in Rochester NY. They moved to Seattle shortly thereafter. Their 50th wedding anniversary was celebrated in 1996 with their 3 children Raymond, David, And Mollie at their Redmond home.
Carol was a member of PEO Seattle Chapter BP, and an active member of the United Methodist Church. She attended Woodland Park UMC until she and Dannie moved to Redmond in 1969 where she joined The Redmond United Methodist Church. Carol loved music and participating in the Church choir was one of the joys of her life.
Carol is survived by her sister Evelyn McGhee, son David, daughter Mollie, grandson Michael, and granddaughter Allison.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Redmond United Methodist Church music program will be a tribute to her love of music.
My beloved sister. We shall all miss you. I know you will be in Heaven with our family and that God will welcome you with open arms.
We love you.
Evie, Ken and family.
Mom,
Your unwavering commitment to family has been an inspiration to me.
I know that you and Dad are dancing in heaven.
You will be missed, but never forgotten.
Carol, like an Aunt, who always cared. So many good childhood memories of times together at the Woodland Park Zoo and the Pacific beaches.
God bless your family during this time, as He is blessing
you.
Sincerely,
Mark, Judith and family
You have been a good friend for the last fifty years and the whole family is sad at your passing. We will miss you. Love Heraldine and family.
I remember the many rides we would take all over. At the end, we would stop for ice cream. We had many wonderful Thanksgiving celebrations throughout the years.
I will miss you and your stories.
Love, Doris Ann
I met Carol because she and my Grandmother Evelyn were good friends. I have many good memories of after church lunches with Carol and the Lunch Bunch.
Carol always spoke so lovingly of her children and Dannie. My prayers and condolances go out to all who will be missing Carol.
A very special friend. She took me under her arm introducing me to the RUMC ladies and always driving me to the meetings.
Wonderful to think of her and Dan together again.
Carol has been like a mother to me and a grandmother to Tim..To share so much love with Carol, Dannie, and Molly truly has been a gift to us sent by God. So many shared church events with the three of them is within our hearts. Dannie was Tim’s sponsor when he transfered his church membership from Chicago in 1987 and from that day forward; we were an extended family. We have been so blessed by Carol and family. Our prayers and our love always.
In Christian love,
Lee & Tim
