The news of grandmas death was met with great sadness. While they spoke on the phone a few times, Jen, my wife, never got the opportunity to meet her. I will always remember grandma for her merriment, warmth, and spirit.

To My Mother with Love:

Thank you for many things, first and foremost for marrying our Dad Fran. It was a great and wonderful decision. I can see you both, my beautiful mother and her handsome husband, starting out on their new adventure to the West Coast. What a good life it was, with challenges both to overcome and to be rewarded. They formed a loving family – giving my younger adored brother Bryant and me our wonderful sister Dianne and outstanding brother Fritz. Our relationships with each other have only grown stronger and we travel through life. We also hold their spouses in very high regard. I also say to Mom, thank you for your strong will, determination in life, and your dedication to family. May God Bless and keep you. We will keep our memories and pass them on. Thank you for all 96 years.

Your Loving Son, Karl, and Wife Carol
