Some of my fond memories are Summers at my Aunt’s picking cherries with Jerry and eating as many as we could, and aunt Marian telling us we would get a tummy ache and more…? Another was going to gather eggs, that was ok but didn’t like have to get past the chikens. Then the time she was going to have a chicken dinner and we went out to fetch one— not good, she only got half the chickens head cut off and it started running around, she had to get the man next door to help her.—- I don’t think I was hungery that night. It was along time befor I liked to eat chicken and I still only like the white meat.

Aunt Marian is the one that got us going on our family gathering I sure thank her for that, and we need to keep that going. I know it is harder today because we live farther apart but we can still do it. The oyster BBQ in her garage, the January birthdays and then our yearly outings at the lake. All so very much fun. She usualy had a funny to play on all of us. There was the time she she came down stairs in rec. room in a bunny suite, the time at the lake she came down to the shore in her 1920’s swim suit to go water sking. There are many more good memories that I carry with me of my fun Aunt Mairon I will Love you for ever.

I remember your Mom as being so full of energy and life.

I was a teenager when Karen lived next door to my parents in Port Orchard, and remember Marion was very involved with all of her family.

My heart goes out to you with your loss,

Sincerely
