Marie Christine Wilson
Loving wife and mother, departed for heaven January 21, 2006. She is survived by her husband of 40 years with whom she shared many adventures including traveling, skiing, golf, tennis, walking, gardening, piano and reading. She had a passion for teaching and the rewards of a student’s success. Marie is survived by her husband Jerry Wilson and daughter Cindy Dodge and her husband Tate all of Federal Way. Brothers George Lanam, Jr. and Dr. Ruth Carter of Fall Brook, CA and John Lanam and wife Marsha of Paradise, CA and brother-in-law Roy Christensen of Oxnard, CA. Nieces: Susan, Kay, Patty, Linda, Christine and nephew Todd. Marie was preceded in death by her parents and sister Pat Christensen. A Rosary will be held Friday, February 3, 2006 at 7:00 PM and a Memorial Mass, Saturday, February 4, 2006 at 1:00 PM both at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 30525 8th Ave. S, Federal Way. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Tribute Dept., 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-1942 on donation please put “in memory of Marie C.
