Marie George
Marie George (Walsh) was born 11/01/1926 in Jamestown ND.
She passed away 5/14/16 at UW Valley Med Center. She is survived by her 1 son Cal George, 2 daughters Karen Berg and Patti Hayes, 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Marie moved to Seattle in 1951 to go to work for Pacific NW Bell as a telephone operator. She married the love of her life Limfert George (deceased) in 1952. They were married for 51 years. Once her children were in school Marie went to work for the Seattle Public School District as a cook. She retired working many years of service. She was very social and loved family and friends get together’s. She loved games especially card
games and Mexican Dominoes. Marie was one of the most loving and kindest of people. She will be missed by everyone she touched.
Visitation, Thursday, May 19th from 2:00pm-5:00pm at Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial. A Funeral Service for Marie will be held Friday, May 20th at 3:00pm at Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial Chapel, 16445 International Blvd., SeaTac, WA 98198.
