Dear Kelly, I was so sad to hear the news of your beautiful Moms passing. I have been out of town and just heard the news. My heart goes out to you and your family. Your Mom was so special to me-she was always there for us as kids, always smiled, made us the best cookies and Oh ya, made us try on bras in the kitchen! We have lost an exceptional lady. Know she is now at peace and united with your Dad, Brother and Sister. I am so sorry I didnt know of your loss earlier, please know you are in my prayers and would love to talk with you-whenever! Kelly,

I loved your mom. She was one of the nicest people I ever met. And, as a teenager she actually trusted me to be your friend and Cathy’s friend. I aways thought that was very cool. Your mom brought goodness to everyone. Thinking of you.

Dearest Kelly,

My memories of growing up across the street from your family are the fondest of my life. Your mother, Marie, was my “second” mother, always there for me with a smile and a warm heart and freshly baked cookies. As I remember growing up and playing with you, Cathy, and Little Tommy my heart is filled with joy with the wonderful times we had with one another. Marie would always find the time to sit down with me and talk with me about my feelings. She truly was my second mother and I loved her so very dearly.

When I married and moved away at age 20, we continued to keep in touch, if only at Christmas time. She kept me informed of what all of you were doing in your lives.

Kelly, your mother was an angel, loved by all who knew her. My mother, Gearldine truly loved her as a sister. She will be so very missed in this world.

I send you and all of Marie’s family my deepest condolences for your loss.

My Love to You,

BJ Rockwood

Kelly…your brother was an exceptional friend of mine and so many others so it hurt “a bit like family” to see your mom passed on. Perhaps Tom is with her now, surely saying…

“mornin’!” and wishing good things for Kyla, Tyler and all….Robin

Dear Kelly, You have not changed over the years, from being a student at Sunnydale to the present. I have fond memories of your mom, your sister, and you. I would see your mom at St. Francis and she would bring me up to date with all that was going on with you all. She was so proud, as she should have been, with the adults you grew to be. Your mom and I shared teaching duties for you, she at home, me at Sunnydale. If I do not make it to the service know that I will be there for you in spirit. Love to you, always, Mrs. Sue Perez
