With the loss of a loved one somebody says “he’d give you the shirt off his back”, I can not only say Marvin would do this, but I’ve seen him do it, more then once.

Marv I only met you once but you seem like a good guy you were loved by many and I know you will be missed.
Marvin, I only got to meet you just a few times and if those few times you captured a spot in my heart. I remember the first time we met, in Port Angeles at the Hill Climb. A great weekend filled with many memories. You were so kind to my daughter and she still talks about you. She calls you Grandpa Jansen. We’re going to miss you very much. May you RIP.
Uncle Marv you were one of my favorites. Your dirt bike riding always made me jealous because you could ride better than me. Loved listening to you play the guitar. Words can’t describe how much I’m going to miss you. I love you uncle Marv.
Uncle marv.. You were the happiest, coolest, most out going person Ive ever met. You had the biggest heart! So full of love
Marvin, I still remember the first time I met you way back in 1986, you and Mitch just road up to the deli on your bikes. I thought that was pretty cool. Marv you will be missed by a lot of people.
Uncle Marv was the most amazing person to ever come into my life. Always sharing stories of his past. And at ever Bon fire he’d grab his guitar and sing songs. He always knew how to make someone feel at home. Imma miss his mustache kisses and the warm caring hugs he always gave. Also gonna miss him dancing with us girls when we’d come over. You’re gonna be deeply missed uncle Marv but never forgotten.
RIP Marvin. You will be missed and in our hearts forever. We will not let him go unpunished. Do us a favor and look after all our loved ones in Heaven and we will do our best to look over each other down here.
Beers to ya!

I remember meeting you way back when Mitch and I were in high school, you welcomed anyone into your life like they were family and that’s what I admire you for. As time past and years went by you are still the same as I remember, only to meet again last year. I had a blast at the hill climb watching you and Mitch ride up that hill (hungover of course..lol) you will be missed, may you have many adventures up there till we meet again Xoxoxo
Many memories of old times. Thank you for being in my life, cuz. You will forever be in my heart. I love you and miss you so much.
I did not know you well but we have met a few times in the past. I know your family both past and present. We will meet again some time in the future. Until then, rest in peace and God be with you.
I will miss you deeply uncle. I am saddened by the fact that my son will never have gotten to meet you. You would have taught him much about life and how to be a great man. We will teach him in your honor. Love and miss you terribly.
marv you were the most bad ass old man on the planet an i had many memories with you im love an miss you so much marv you are such a good guy
ALRIGHT, Marvin, you were my mentor at the first job I ever held when I was only 15. What you gave to me, was work ethic, with FUN. You’re the first Jansen I met. I LOVE YOUR FAMILY. You taught me how to rip up a warehouse on a fork lift, leaving, marks from our tires, and you taught me how to drive a semi with a 40 foot trailer full of carpet in it, and taught me how to back that sucker back into the dock so we didn’t get caught. I learned so much from you as a youngster. There isn’t anything better than that. I have had years of fun with with you. I will never forget you. You are in my heart and soul. I LOVE YOU-!
I will never forget playing with the toy motorcycles in the dirt outside grandma Jansen’s with justin and how you and Mitch were always talking about BMX racing back in the day….that’s one of the reasons I got into BMX racing as a kid and truly loved it, also your crazy collection of marvin the martian figurines as they fit you, you will always be missed by many and may you rest in peace.
I didn’t know you very well, but the few times I did sit and talk with you you always had something funny to say or that guitar in your hands. I’ll miss you Marv.
I cant think of any words to discrib how much i looked up too you and how much I miss you. I keep thinking next time I see him… ohh, well all those next times i see him will add up to be one hell of a chapter book when I meet you up there one day. I loved hanging out with you and argueing with Jessica about who got the most marv kisses. ~Rest in Peace~, I love you and will miss you tons.
I loved to sit and have coffee in the morning with you, your smile always got brighter as the day went on and the sun went up.I was lucky to have picked your brain and laugh with you !!!!!! In our Hearts and our Memories always Thank you for the love and happiness you you showed us always
We will forever love and miss Marv. He was a great friend and always put a smile on our faces. Hillclimbs will never be the same, but we will carry on and always remember all you did from catching the kids to shoveling at the bottom of the hill. Rest In Peace, my friend.
I’m thankful I got to meet Marvin Jansen, Marv was one bad ass old man and I will miss the storys he had to tell, I might not have known him as good as some people but what I got to know was he would give you the shirt off his back, he was a down to earth guy who had much more time in life to spend. Marvin R.I.P and watch over everyone and keep having fun on that 500 up there, BRAPPPP in peace old man!!!
Before you were my family, you were my friend and after 42 yrs I can’t imagine anyone taking your place in my heart. I know you’ll always be with us & save a place for me.
Good bye my dear son. Rest in Peace. Thanks for all the fun & memories. We love and miss you. Mom, Dale, Justin, Janette, Jared, Tony, Charley
Let the brightness of our good times light the way in this hour of darkness. Rest in Peace Marv. Gone but not forgotten
Marvin was a very loving man. As long as I’ve known him he always had kind words for everyone he knew. Marvin you will be missed, Rest In Peace My Friend.
i wish i could have got to known you more. just have so many family members that i lost contact with all of them. i’ll pray for the family you left behind and you watch over the ones you have joined. rest in peace Marvin.
Marvin was a dandy. When I think of Marvin I just smile. We went to Highland Park elementary together. His mom and dad used to bring the stock car to school so all the kids could see it close up. Remember your Henry J?? Remember you riding your motorcycle in the dark at the reservoir (absolutely amazing) He used to stop by and visit Marie and I when Mitch was just a baby. Its been years since we last spoke but the memories are like yesterday. Rest in peace my friend. God bless you and your family.
Still think of you and miss you every day. I was driving down 167 the other day and remembered when I blew a tire and you came to help me. With your help I was able to hobble my truck off at the next exit and into a store parking lot. As you pulled out the jack you’d brought and started getting it in place some weirdo freak with rainbow hair pulled up and offered to help, then nudged you and said something about a three-some. You just about went off the handle yelling at the guy and I thought for sure you were going to deck him. I love you uncle and miss you always.
Will miss you forever , found out much later to do anything else we have missed you everyday , lived in white center 10 and Henderson
