Mary Bethel Malkuch
Mary was born in Reed Point, Montana on February 21, 1918 to Marvin and Mary McCampbell, passed away on February 9, 2009.
Mary is preceded in death by husband of 47 years, George E. Malkuch in 1985, a daughter Margaret Anne Feldman in 2008 and a sister Ruby Elizabeth Enders in 2006. Mary spent most of her childhood in Montana and California until she married George on October 1, 1938 and then moved to Seattle shortly after that.
Mary leaves behind 3 children, George of Amarillo, TX, Jerry of Seattle, WA, and Marilyn Olsen of Seattle, WA. She also leaves behind 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. The celebration of Mary’s life will be held at Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial, 16445 International Blvd, SeaTac on Friday, February 13, 2009 at 3:00 PM.
I never met Marilyn’s mother but that doesn’t mean I didn’t know her. I ate many of her delicious cookies. She was a great baker! If she had the disposition like her daughter, she was well liked by all, considerate of all, courteous to all and liked rocks! Her children will no doubt miss that terrific smile.
