Michelle D. Neumeister

July 17, 1967 - February 6, 2017

Obituary

Michelle Deanne Moore (Neumeister), 49, passed away in her sleep on February 6, 2017, at her home in Federal Way, Washington. Born in 1967, Michelle was the oldest of three children born to Judy Whiteman and had the great fortune of being raised by her step-father, Arthur (Bud) Whiteman since the age of 9. She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Neumeister. Michelle married her husband, Michael Moore, on September 1, 2013, after having been together for over ten years before taking the plunge. They made their home in Federal Way, Washington with their beloved daughter, Samantha Jean Moore. Michelle was an extremely devoted mother and Samantha was the light of her life. She was always a hard working woman. She proudly graduated from Highline Community College in August 2014, and was happily working as a medical assistant for Planned Parenthood at the time of her passing.  She, Mike, and Sam loved spending time at family property in Grapeview, Washington camping and enjoying the outdoors.  Michelle was a huge Seahawks and Mariners fan but enjoyed watching Sam play basketball and soccer even more. She had a wonderful sense of humor and infectious laugh. Michelle was a kind, generous, loyal, and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.  Our hearts are heavy with this sudden loss.

Dear Judy, Bud, Kelly, Michael, Samantha and everyone fortunate enough to have had Michelle in there life: My heart hurts so much for your hearts. I saw those pictures of a little baby Michelle, and in particular the one holding the ball, and my heart melts. THAT was the Michelle I so loved, and will forever miss. Samantha will carry on in the spirit her mom instilled in her, like the beautiful spirit and “how to be a great mom” that Judy instilled in her. Until we meet again, my precious niece, I will forever miss you. love, Aunt Robin
