Obituary
On Thursday, March 24, 2011, Mildred L. Phillips passed from this life to be with her Lord and her beloved husband, Arthur. It is with profound joy and deep sorrow that her 5 children, Leigh, Roxanne, Gregory, Janice, Colleen and their spouses, her 8 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren say goodbye for now. Mildred is also survived by her brother, Donn and 2 sisters, Carole and Joan. Millie spent her 89 years serving her Savior, family, church and community with a genuine servant’s heart. Services will be held at West Seattle Christian Church, 4400 – 42nd Avenue SW, Seattle, WA 98116 at 2:30 pm on Sunday, April 3, 2011. Donations in Mildred’s name may be sent to Wi-Ne-Ma Christian Camp, 5195 Winema Road, Cloverdale, OR 97112 or www.winema.org.
