I had the privilege of working with Minnie and Hiram for several years while a funeral director at Washington Memorial.
Minnie was the best. I will always remember her ironing our U.S. flags at the funeral Home. We had the best looking flags in the funeral industry.
I am sure she will be missed dearly by her family and many friends.
My condolences to everyone, especially her son Dean, who I have also known and respected for many years.
Dean,
Although I did not have the privilege of knowing your mother, I appreciate knowing and working with you. My thoughts and prayers are with you during your time of mourning.
I remember one Saturday morning watching TV with Granpa Hiram, and he was having an argument with someone on the show he was watching. He said to me-“You know another thing that I hate?” Before I could respond, Grandma Minnie walked through the room and casually said to him “What, when the sun comes up?” She was pretty funny. I’m going to miss you grandma.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Minnie-
Thank you for the smiles and memories.
Hey there, Dean ~
Just a note to send my heartfelt condolences to you. Your mom must have been a pretty special lady for turning out such a son as you. I would say that losing a mom is probably one of the hardest things we ever go through in our lives, so I will be praying for God’s comfort for you and your family.
With warmest regards,
Carol Sauers
Hey grandma, its christina. I can;t believe that you are not here. I miss you with all my heart and know that you are in a better place now. i love you grandma.
Dean and family,
Although I knew your mom briefly in my early years at Bonney-Watson, I know she was a special lady. My best memory was the very first Italian dinner that I attended, along with your mom and dad. We had lots of fun and many laughs!!
You have been, not only a great co-worker, but a wonderful friend to me over the years. You only have the gift of one mom in your life, and it’s very difficult when that gift is taken away. Please know that you, Linda, and all of your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
DJ
Dear Dean,
I am praying for you, Linda and your family. May you feel God’s love and comfort surrounding you. Even though I did not know your mom, from what I hear, she was a very special lady. Continue to keep her memories alive each and everyday. Take care. I shall continue praying for you all.
Love and prayers,
Trisha and Bryan
