Morris “Pete” A. Case
Pete Case was born January 17, 1917 in Boone, IA to Fred and Daisy (Saunders) Case. Pete passed away July 13, 2013 in Federal Way, WA at the age of 96.
Pete served in the US Army during WWII, receiving four Bronze Stars. He graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, Kansas City University with a Law Degree, and the University of Washington with a Doctorate in Patent Law. He worked for The Boeing Co. as a Chemical Patent attorney for over 30 years. He founded C&W Tax in 1958, which is still family owned. He was a Mason, and a member of the Burien Rotary Club.
Pete is survived by his loving wife of 73 years, Colleen “Coke” Case, daughter, Colleen Kolsrud and her husband Jerry, grandchildren, Jerry (Lynette), and Kaidrin (Kenny), great-grandchildren, Gabriel Peter, Bryce, and Savannah. Pete loved the Lord and lived his life proving it.
Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 1:30pm at Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 SE 240th St., Kent, WA 98042.
