Neil Clarke Simpson, age 83 passed peacefully on Saturday, August 25, 2007 in Burien, Washington. He was born in South Bend, Indiana to Henry and Voy Bailey Simpson. Neil is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Eva; sons, Darryl Simpson Pamela and Brett Simpson Denise; daughter, Ronda Andrews Gary; grandchildren, Robert Andrews Amy, Phillip Andrews Aubrey, Michelle Simpson Jason and Eric Simpson; great-grandchildren, Trenton Simpson, Kennedy Andrews and Kaylee Michels; sisters, Barbara Davidson and Leda Harlan and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Richard, Ronald and Deane; sisters, Shirley Barkman, Betty Fay and Nelda Willcox and grandson, Phillip G. Simpson. Neil retired as a Quality Assurance Supervisor in 1986 after 33 years of employment with Boeing. Committal and Military honors were held on Friday, September 21st, 2007, 1:00 pm at Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, WA.
