Obituary
Ngan Jocelyn Frank went home to be with our loving Lord Jesus, on April 13, 2022, the same day she graced the world with her presence, 36 wonderful years earlier.
Ngan loved children. She loved family. And she loved friends. And she loved well.
Ngan was born in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. In 2005, Ngan came to the U.S. to study at an American high school in Michigan. After graduating high school, she moved to Seattle to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration at Central Washington University.
After working as a Vietnamese/English Interpreter, Ngan worked at UW Medicine as a Fiscal Specialist for more than 6 years. She drew tremendous favor and love from her co-workers and bosses alike. She was promoted 4 times because she did great work.
In 2011, Ngan Tran would marry the love of her life, Adrian Frank. They moved around to different cities and states, until eventually settling down in their home in Federal Way, Washington where she would live until the time of her passing.
Ngan is survived by her loving husband Adrian, and her Dad and Mom and sisters, who will carry on her memory and cherish all the time they’ve spent together.
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but so that the world might be saved through Him.” – John 3:16-17
