Ora was a long time customer of ours at Reed Wright Heating. We always loved hearing from her. After each time we worked on her furnace she would hand deliver cash up to our office on Queen Anne. She would take the bus from the CD and then trudge up our steps to our office. We would pull out a chair for her to take a rest. She always wanted to do this in person. She had a great personality and never was down. A real special person and we will miss her dearly.

What a beautiful woman, inside and out. I was lucky enough to meet Ora Lee in 1986 when she called Reed Wright Heating for a furnace estimate. I ended up installing her first furnace in 1986 and then a second furnace in 2008. Every year, Ora would call me up to service the furnace and change the filter for her. After each service I would get the pleasure to chat with her, about how her family was doing and how my family was doing. Ora will be greatly missed.
