On January 31, 2025, Orlyn Hanson passed away at the age of 72.

Orlyn was married 51 years to Diane and has 4 children, Heidi, Kristen, O.J. and Kjellen, 5 grandchildren, Austin, Ryann, Mackenzie, Olivia and Nevaeh, and great-granddaughter Kinzley.

He enjoyed fishing, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends playing games and cards.
