Owen was born in Harlem, Montana to Rhiney and Harriette Miller.
He moved to Seattle in his late teens and began a career at Boeing.
He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1950-1952.
After his military service, he rejoined Boeing and retired with 40+ years of service and with multiple certificates of achievements.
He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Lou Burris Miller, Son Roger D. Miller and Brothers Clarence (Deane) Miller and Charles Russell (Rusty) Miller.
He is survived by his son Owen James (Jim) Miller and granddaughters Katherine (Katie) Cottingham, Eva Vincent and great granddaughter Kaia as well as a large extended family. Owen enjoyed his extended family a great deal and his family found him to be kindhearted, dependable and a great storyteller.
Owen enjoyed several Motorsports including racing cars at SeaTac raceway In his early 20’s, boating, traveling in his RV and a love of old cars especially Sports cars. That love for old cars was passed on to his two sons.
Gravesite service will be at 12:00 pm Wednesday, August 25, 2021.

For Jim,Came to pay my respects and it is comforting he rest in a beautiful place next to SeaTac airport! 55 years ago he sent me on my way into a carreer with United and always kept in touch. Many many fond memories of a 60 year friendship. Rest well Owen,you are loved and missed!
