Patricia Ann Bernard passed away peacefully at home in 2019 after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Seattle in 1942 to Lucile and John Walsh. She graduated from the Seattle University School of Nursing with a bachelor’s degree. She married in 1964 and then spent 4 years in Boston and then 21 years in Connecticut raising their four children. In 1989 they moved back to the Seattle area. Patricia is known for her love of family and friends, her incredible pies, her beautiful quilts, her love of games, her strength and strong will. She was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband Gary, her children Lucy, Joann, Susan, Paul and her grandchildren Tyler, Brody, Erica, Matt, Zach, Sam, Cam, Chris and Alejandra. She will be missed greatly. A funeral mass was held at St. Vincent de Paul parish in Federal Way.
