Paz Carmen Domingo Pagaragan
Carmen, fondly called by her family and friends as Mameng, was born on November 4, 1924 in Victoria, Tarlac in the Philippines. She is one of eight children of Perfecto Domingo and Cristina Gamalinda. She is survived by her husband Jose Joe, son Joey, daughters Eileen and Laureen, grandchildren Cyril, Raymond, Franchesca and Stephanie, sister Rosario, and sons-in-law Renato and Joel, nephews , nieces and other grandkids.
She was a devoted wife to her husband Joe of 50 years. They just celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary last May 22, 2011.
She was a high school Assistant Principal and Teacher who have touched so many lives in her long career as an educator. She retired at an early age and devoted the rest of her life to her children and family.
She passed away on September 16, 2011 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, WA after a long battle with Goodpasture Syndrome.
The family would like to give their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to her wonderful caregivers, especially Jovi, and the staff at St. Joseph Medical Center, the doctors, the nursing staff and all people who have made her numerous stays at the hospital comfortable.
There will be three days of viewing at Bonney-Watson Federal Way, 1535 SW Dash Point Rd., Federal Way. Sunday, September 18th from 4:00 – 8:00pm, Monday, September 19th from 12:00 – 5:00pm, and Tuesday, September 20th from 3:00 – 8:00pm.
A Funeral Mass in her memory will be held Wednesday, September 21st at 10:30am at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 30525 8th Ave. S., Federal Way, WA 98003. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Catholic Cemetery.

Tita Carmen- glad to have met you, partied with you and “casinoed” with you. In that short time I visited Seattle I knew you were a great mom & wife! It shows with your children and Tito Joe! Deepest condolences….Tita Carmen is in a better place.
