Bill and I are absolutely heart broken over losing Randy. The world has never known a better friend with a bigger heart. We are so fortunate to have known and loved him. The four of us have shared many, many wonderful times. Always the life of the party, Randy will be remembered as generous, loyal and caring. His intelligence and quick wit could not be matched. Though a great teacher, Randy was also a patient listener.
Friends and family are what Randy held most dear. Know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers. We will carry his spirit with us always.
We love you, Dee and togther we will support each other- today and always.
With great sadness,
Deborah
Deepest sympathy to all of the Family at this time. My heart is with you now and I will see you on Thursday. Love to you all, both Family and Friends.
Dear Dee, Alice, Keith, Jeffrey and Greg,
We are so very very sorry for your loss….our loss. Randy had a heart of gold. He will be missed, and at the same time live on always in our memories.
We are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers,
Betsy and Kim
To Uncle Randy…
We will always remember you as the biggest person we know besides Grandpa Keith. We will never forget the times we spent with you down at Alki letting us ride your bikes and especially the surrys. Tyler especially liked the ride from Grandpas over to Leavenworth in the back of the convertible with his sisters doll attached to the top of the back seat and then swimming in Icicle Creek. We could go on and on but will leave room for others. Besides …. we have to go to bed now. Love you Auntie Dee, Tyler and Alexa aka “Missy”
Dear Dee,
My sincere sympathy for you in this difficult time.
Randy and I had great times for many years and I will remember those times fondly as time passes.
I hope your great memories together will help you through this difficult time, as well.
See you Thursday…
Craig
Our lives were better for having known Randy. He was a good friend and neighbor who will be missed by many. Our deepest sympathies go out to Dee and the rest of the family.
Our Friend. Our Bro. Gone from us here, but not from our hearts. Dee, I wish I could put more into words.
Randy was truly larger than life. He loved to be in the spotlight. There are many people that considered him a friend, Susan and I are among them. Our deepest condolences go out to Dee and her family, Greg, Karin, Tyler, and Missy, Jeff and Annette and their children, and Randy’s mom and dad, Alice and Keith. I know that there are many people that will feel the pain of the loss. We will remember the contagious smile and resonating laugh that were always present wherever Randy was. At times such as this we are reminded of how precious life is and the importance of the relationships we forge with one another. Susan and my thoughts and prayers are with all who grieve his loss. There are far too many fond memories to recall. One that comes to mind is the sight of Randy slowing my 205 HP boat to almost a dead stop as we tried to pull him out of Lake Wahington on water skiis. We enjoyed many hours on the water together. There were many other festive occaisions parties that we enjoyed lots of laughter and Randy’s antics. The many years at my shop downtown included multiple visits from Randy in one cadillac or another with a couple of dalmations in sunglasses that always elicited smiles from my employees and clients. These are just a few of my memories, there are many more. These are the things I will choose to remember. Randy might not be with us in body but his spirit lives on and these memories will live forever with the rest of us who remain.
There are no words to express

Dee,
So sad to hear of Randy’s passing. I won’t say that I can understand your pain but I hope that you can find some comfort in knowing how many lives Randy has touched in a good way. It seems he made everyone smile and left a lot of happy memories with those he touched. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the rest of both of your families. If you need anything, I am only 2 minutes away! God Bless both of you.
Our deepest sympathies to Dee & the rest of the family, Randy was certainly larger than life and had a heart to match and while some of the stories he would tell were suspect, they were always entertaining and I always enjoyed seeing him. I’ll see you all Thursday.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to the Toycen family. I knew Randy through my old room mate Greg. Randy was a cool guy and we would see him when we would go to Alki. He was always with a smile and waved hi to us. Our prayers go out to the family. May God give you strength this time of sorrow. He will be missed dearly.

To Randy’s family and many friends,
I wish to express my deepest sympathy in this difficult time. Please remember to keep the faith, as God has a plan for all of us. Randy was truly unique and one of a kind. I spent time with Randy & Dee just a few weeks ago & as with any time spent with Randy, it was an entertaining visit. He always seemed to have stories to tell, memories to share, and always had big dreams and projects on the horizon. I considered him to be my friend, even though we didn’t get together as often as we should. Some people called him Tiny. To me and to many people he was a Giant. See you all on Thursday. Peace and best wishes,
Skip Bryson and family.
Dear Dee,
I will always remember the first time I met Randy, at your mom’s retirement party. The most endearing quality I noticed immediately was his lust for life. You could see it in his infectious smile, and hear it in his witty sense of humor.
I think it is most important in this life to share yourself with your beloved friends, and enjoy life to it’s fullest every waking hour. I know, without ever knowing Randy well, that he did just that.
Since the day Betty called me and told me the news of Randy’s death, I have not been able to get you off my mind. But then I remember your smile when you were with Randy that night. His jokes, and you giggling. You fit together so beautifully. Your ying, to his yang! There is no greater joy than sharing a great marriage, and it was apparent you and Randy did just that.
May all your fond memories of the life and wonderful times you shared with Randy give you joy and peace.
It is how we loved in this life that really counts.
All my condolences and love to you and all your family,
Sincerely,
Laurie Kincaid

I knew Randy Tiny and his brother in High School.
Randy was pretty funny. Remember the ‘Parking Lot Gang’?
Also Lincoln Park at night on the infamous ‘Bush Runs’.
Rest in Peace Tiny.

Dee, You know we met both you and Randy through our daughter, Deborah. We always enjoyed the company of both of you very much. It is so hard to imagine that he is gone. He was always so friendly and generous to us. You have our deepest sympathy.
Randy was bigger than life. Randy had learned the secret of taking all of life with its good and bad, and distilling out of that a sort of joi de vie; Randy knew something about life that he took with him, that many of us never find and I, for one shall surely miss him.
My sympathies to the entire Toycen family. Randy will indeed be missed by all. I am an old friend from high school and from years gone by. I had not seen Randy for a long time, but as friendships go, whenever I saw him, it was like no time had passed. We would remember the times we had spent together in our “Glory Days” and re-live them like they were yesterday. I will miss him, as I know we all will. Gods speed Randall John Toycen.

Our sympathies, prayers, and thoughts are with you Dee, the Toycen family, and friends – Our hearts feel for you all. We will miss Randy coming up to us after the soccer games and giving us his “fans” perspective of the game. His laugh and bleecher antics will always be heard in the wind whenever we run up and down the field.
All our love,
Bruce @ Rebecca
I had recently met Randy as he was the pitcher for our softball team…my deepest regards and sympathies go out to Dee and the entire family.
