Raymond Carl Frazier was born June 6, 1951 in Troy, NY to Benjamin and Mildred (Jackson) Frazier, and died May 18, 2014 in Seattle, WA at the age of 62.

Ray is survived by his husband Bill Long, sons Matthew and Daniel Frazier, daughters Carla DeFrance, and Theresa Tharp, brother Stanley Frazier, sisters Helen Tarlo, Loretta Joseph, and Jane Williams, and 13 grandchildren.

Memorial Service Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 1:00pm at Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial, 16445 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA.
