Obituary
Rhianna Marie McCormick, 30, passed away suddenly on April 27, 2010.
Rhianna grew up in West Seattle where she attended grade school at West Seattle Christian, Jr. High at Madison then on to WestSeattleHigh School.
Rhianna’s love was to dance but her passion was always Hip Hop.She started dancing at the age of 4 and continued throughout her life where she proudly became a member of the Hip-Hop dance team In-Effect.
Rhianna is survived by her mother Kathy Estabrook, her father Vincent McCormick and step-father Mike Estabrook. Her brother Brian McCormick, sister Michaela Estabrook and step-sister, Angela Estabrook, mother of her 2 nieces and 1 nephew.Her loving Grandmother Betty MacWatters, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Les MacWatters, James and Nancy McCormick, and uncles Del MacWatters and Harold Rhoads.
Rhianna had such a caring and beautiful heart and touched so many lives. She left a lasting impression on every person who was lucky enough to know her.There will always be a piece missing from our lives, but she will continue to live on in our hearts and memories.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be @ 2pm on Friday the 21st of May, 2010 at Washington Memorial Park-Bonney Watson 16445 Int’l Blvd. SeaTac, WA 98188.For donations and more information, please contact Kiristi at Bonney Watson Funeral home, 206 242-1787.
I remember Rhianna when she attended West Seattle Christian School, especially her happy smile. My heartfelt sympathy to all of you during this difficult time. May God’s arms wrap his love around all of you. My thoughts and prayers are with you today. In His love,

Bri Rhianna, I loved you so much and still do. You were my best friend, my sister and definately one of my soul mates. I hope you finally found the peace where you are that you couldn’t find here. We didn’t know each other long but the time we shared was worth a lifetime,I’ll miss you forever & you will always remain in my heart until we meet again. Dear Kathy and family, it was with great sadness that I was told of your loss. I remember Rhianna and her love for dancing, and how she lit up a room when she entered. Mike and I are praying for you and your family, Kathy. May the Lord be with you during this incredibly difficult time, comforting you and holding you up with His strength, making a way for you through the difficult times ahead, and pouring out His love over you. Thank you for being such a huge part of my childhood…I looked up to you and loved you so much. I wanted to BE you. With your style and dancing, everything about you just seemed so effortless and unique. You were such a beautiful person, I thank you for giving me my best and lifelong friend Casey, your cousin. Oh the fun we had!!! Dancing, singing, making up skits for the kids in Grandma Betty’s daycare. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH AND SURELY YOU ARE DANCING WITH GOD AS AN AUDIENCE!!! I knew Rhianna a long time ago. I was her third grade teacher. She was a happy girl with a big smile on her face that made it a joy to go to work each day. I am sad to hear about this. She will always hold a special place in my heart as she was a very sweet girl in my very first class. God Bless.
We want to express our deepest sympathy upon learning of Rhianna’s passing….My boys went to school with her at West Seattle Christian.Christopher,Jason,Travis Miller. Perhaps no words that I say will ease the pain,anguish,or emptiness that you feel in your hearts.. but I am reaching my hand out to you to walk this awful road…for I lost Jason 7 yrs ago22..so if you ever feel you need to talk to someone please contact me…
Rhianna is a beautiful girl with a kind heart and soul. I am so sad to lose such a wonderful cousin! She will forever be in our hearts! I hold such fond memories of her! The room lit up every time she walked in. I remember when she wrote a song and what a beautiful voice she had when she sang! She is so talented and I am so sad she has left our family way too soon!!
Kathy, our hearts go out to you at this very difficult time. Rhianna is in that Perfect Place with people who love her.
