Aloysius isn’t Mr. Jordan’s middle name!? He told us “soccer” girls his middle name was Aloysius. I believed him! His laughter and generosity were always abundant.
I am so blessed to have been a regular at the Jordan house during my growing up years. I learned so much by just being in his presence. Our families did a lot of togetherness; traveling to the many soccer fields, camping and waterskiing on Lake Goodwin, Arizona for Regionals, boat trip to Canada, drill team, many meals and many miles. I still drive by the Jordan house and look to see if Mr. Jordan’s truck is there.
I learned by osmosis bits and pieces from Aloysius and Mary about business, and construction, real estate and owning rentals. They taught be how to dream bigger too. I recently returned from Hawaii. I remember them taking a trip to Hawaii many years ago and thinking someday I want to go there. Well, I have gone to Hawaii a few times now. I’ve owned a few businesses and rentals too. I can’t even begin to write about adoption. I’m in tears just thinking of all the ways his life touched mine before I even knew who I was becoming. I am so blessed to have had you in my life at an early age. You are a gift Mr. Jordan.

I will be out of town during the memorial visiting my grandkids in Texas. I am torn that I will miss it. I would LOVE to see all you Jordans.

Big hugs and much love to you Darcie and Mary,
Vicki
