Richard Karl CONDIT

Richard was born January 20, 1963 in Long Beach, CA, and died February 19, 2013 in Federal Way, WA at the age of 50 years.  Richard worked in construction for many years.  Richard is survived by his wife of 29 years, Christine Condit, their kids “dogs” Sarah, and Max, sister, Cheryl Kent, brothers Ray Condit, and Tom Condit, and many nieces and nephews.  Richard was preceded in death by his parents Jean and Harold Condit, brothers Ronald, and Darrell Condit, and half-sister Alta.  Services will be private.

To Richard, enjoy your new life with your parents, brothers and sister by your side. Chris, I love you very much. I’m glad I could spend time with you, Mary and Richard in his last week. I am here for you whenever you need me.

thank you so much for being such a wonderful uncle and friend you will be greatly missed. i will forever remember the tmes when you got stuck babysitting us 4 kids and we pushed you to your limites but you still loved us. enjoy the great place you are in and the family u are with and just know you will forever be in our hearts i love you

You were our Go-To-Guy for repairs/maintenance and you were top notch in everything you did for us. Aside from that, you were a good friend. Rest in peace Richard!

PS Remember that drywall repair I told you I would paint later so you could come join the party? I never did, and I think I’ll just leave it that way…

It’s taken me awhile to sign this. I apologize. You guys were ALWAYS a phone call away, and even in the winter, you were there in 24 hours or less. I am so sorry that I couldn’t get to you when you needed it.

I can’t even begin to describe how thankful I am that you were able to spend time with my son and make great memories with him…one’s that he still talks about. The only comfort I find is that you are in good company. And I told Darrin that we are so very lucky because we personally know an angel. I love you and Aunt Chris more than I probably ever told you.

I will dearly miss you Uncle Ricky. I will always remember the Marinere games that we went to. Miranda and Aydan say Hi and that they miss you…Thank you for all that you have done for me, It really means a lot to me. I can’t wait to see you again.
