On February 27, 2021, Richard L. Daniels passed on in Renton, Washington. He was 89 years old.
Richard was born on January 21, 1932 to John and Lizzie Row Daniels in Haskell, Oklahoma. He was the last of twelve children. After high school, Richard was drafted into the United States Army, where he served for two years during the Korean Conflict. Upon returning home, he worked in the aircraft industry for forty years and ultimately retired from the Boeing Company.
Although Richard’s life Journey came to an end on February 27, 2021, his memory will live on in the lives of those who knew and loved him.
Richard is survived by his wife Alice F. Daniels of Renton, Washington; his son Archie Ray Daniels of Des Moines, Iowa; and grandson John R. Daniels of Lynwood, Washington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends. Richard lived a full life and was preceded in death by both parents and all his siblings.
A celebration of Richard’s life will be held on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 11:00am. Services will be held at Bonney Watson Funeral Home located at 16445 International Blvd., SeaTac, WA 98188. Interment will follow at Tahoma National Cemetery located at 18600 SE 240th St, Kent, WA 98042.
