Obituary
RITA AGACER-FELIAS was born December 26, 1933 in the town of Luna, La Union province, Philippines to the late Doroteo Agacer and Basilia Ramos. She fell asleep in death October 2, 2016 at 5:15 AM in Renton, Washington USA. She was 82 years old. She is the second from the oldest on the siblings of six; Jovita, Ricardo, Genoveva, Norma and Marieta.
She was fondly called “Galols” to the family and the Christian Congregation (In Ilonggo, “Pangga” or “Ga” as “Love” and Lols as “Lola” => Love Lola).
She was united in marriage to the late Herculano Curato Felias Sr., a native of Nasipit, Agusan Del Norte Province, on November 21, 1950. To this union, six children were born.
She dedicated her life in service to Jehovah God and was baptized as a Jehovah’s Witness on April 15, 1969. She remained faithful and served HIM most of her life. She’s been very active spreading the good news of Jehovah’s kingdom and His son Jesus-Christ.
Although she can barely walk at the latter part of her life, she still participates in numerous activities in the congregation such as conducting bible studies and return visits, attending kingdom hall meetings, assemblies and conventions. These activities and other Christian events brought forth an even stronger bond with our creator Jehovah God and His son Jesus Christ.
Family and friends will cherish the memories of her life they shared with Rita. But their greatest joy comes in knowing that in the future, this humble wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend will be welcomed back to life in a paradise earth and will live with the realization of her dreams of eternal life (Revelations 21:3,4).
Rita was preceded in death by her husband (Herculano Sr). She leaves to cherish her sweetest memories:
6 children, Maria Zenith of WA (husband Nestor Viceral), Estela “Bing” of TX (husband John Turner), Seng, Sergio “Boy” (wife Rosita Cleofas), Renato “Rene” of VA (wife Cecilia Casugay) and Maria Editha “Edith” (husband Samuel Padpad).

We already missed you Galos! It’s not gonna be the same without you. Thank you for showing your unconditional love to our family. Despite your health condition you still managed to visit us… supposed to be the other way around because you said you miss us. You never judged us…but showed us your pure Christian love. You’re such an amazing person! You’re more than just Galos to us. We love you! Hope to see soon! Only Jehovah can read our heart.
It is heartbreaking to think that we will not see you in Kingdom Hall and conventions anymore but you will always be in our hearts. We are looking forward to see your smiling face again in the near future. It was not said much but we thank you for your spoken and unspoken encouragement to us. Galols, we miss you!
To the family, our deepest sympathy!
Sending heartfelt condelences and deepest sympathy to Galols’ family at this sad time of parting. May Jehovah bring you comfort through the outpouring love of the brothers and sisters.
Though I only knew you for short period of time Galols, I enjoyed encouragement in your company and in your faith. See you in Paradise!
Remembering Galols being a wonderful and loveable person and her kindness. She will forever remain in our hearts! May Jehovah God gives you and Galols entire bereaved family strength in this time and the comfort of resurrection, the time when we see her again,
