Obituary
RITA K. WHITE
11-03-36 – 6-12-03
Surrounded by her children, Rita K. White went to be with our Lord on June 12, 2003. Rita was one of 3 children born to Irvin and Marion Bardwell in Houston, Texas. Rita was known as Kay to all those who loved her. She loved to paint and spend time with family and friends. Her grandchildren were the light of her life.
She was a daughter, wife, Mother, and friend. She spent her time here teaching us all the importance of family, love and patience. Kay was a fighter against the odds and a true child of God. She is survived by children Zana Dennis Heffernan of Kent, Chris Barb White of Frankston, Texas, Melissa Bob Wakeley of Kent, Jocelyn White of Tacoma and Tom Holly White of Tacoma. Grandchildren: Jeremy, Gabriel, Justin, Jordan, Jace, Cayla, Shawn, and Joshua and great grandchild Carly. Kay is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Kay will be remembered in the hearts of all who loved her and she will be greatly missed. The family would like to thank the dedicated staff of Good
Samaritan Hospital, Rainier Oncology, and Multicare Day Health. Our special thanks and gratitude to Dr. Robert McCroskey, who went above and beyond duty. He has been a source of strength and compassion to our entire family.
Services will be held at Washington Memorial Park Chapel, 16445 International Blvd., SeaTac, WA, on Wednesday, June 18, 2003 at 12:30 p.m.
