To my dad. Hello dad it is me Tamara. I am so sorry that I could not be by your side to say goodbye. I love you more than you know. Even though you always told me that you knew it. I am so thankful that we spent our time knowing one another at church. We both really had restoration in our church. Just me and you. I remember the day I invited you to my wedding. You came to Cornerstone and you stayed. To the day you have gone to heaven to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You would call me your little girl often. Oh dad I truly miss you calling me your little girl and your baby. Only God knows why things happen the way that they do. The gift that you gave me was to be my dad. Thank you for coming to my wedding and thank you for being my dad. Me and you dad. We did it together. I was not ready for you to go. I miss you. Sometimes I look at your picture and sometimes I go to the church and I sit in your chair. Missing you. I have your card that says ” You’ll always be my little girl.” You are right I am always your little girl. And then it says “It must be a dad thing and a love thing.” You fought a good fight. You stayed with the Lord. You stayed on his side. I am proud of you because the fight was long and hard. But you fought the good fight. Rest easy in heaven. I will join you when I am done fighting the good fight. We will praise and worship God for all eternity. I miss mom too. I love you.!! My dad. You will always be “My dad.”
