Obituary
Rose M. Casteneda, age 76, passed away Sunday 11/02/03 in Tacoma. Rose is survived by her 3 sons, John, Cliff Jennifer, David Vivian Casteneda; 9 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; 2 brothers, Joe and Eugene Gallegos; 5 sisters, Millie, Ida, Josie, Sylvia and Tillie and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas in 1996, one brother Lee and one sister Dora. Her rosary service will be held on Friday, 11/07/02 at 7:00 PM at the BONNEY-WATSON Parker Chapel, 900 SW 146 Street, Burien, WA 206 244-2320. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, 11/08/03 at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas Catholic Church, 4415 S. 140th St., Tukwila, WA. Interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery of Kent.
We will miss you Aunt Rose!
I wish we had been able to see you and the rest of the family more in the last few years, but we thought of you often-and memories of you and Uncle Tom will always bring a smile to mine and Vic’s face and heart! WE LOVE YOU!
We wish Peace to all of The Family and that you havce the Joy of knowing Aunt Rose and Uncle Tom are together again!

I offer my sincerest condolences to you and your family in this time of what must be deep sorrow with the passing your mother. However, with her faith in God, as well as yours, I’m sure that I really don’t have to even say it but “She really is in a better–and certainly more peaceful place now and hopefully you can all take some solace in knowing and believing this.
