Rose Mary Alexander was loved by many and will be missed by ALL!
Survived by her one & only son Clifford A. Barnes III; two daughters, Gloria Davis & Earnie Growe; sister-cousins, Dorothy Cross, Bernice Berry & Vivian Young; loving sister-in-law Beatrice Williams; plus a host of family & friends.

Because I left Mount Zion Baptist Church a few years ago, I unfortunately just found out about the passing of Sis. Alexander. Were it not so, I would have posted a word much sooner.
I sang in the Inspirational Chorus for seven years along with Sister Alexander and many others. The best and truest thing I can say about her is that she was nice to me. Long after I had left, if she saw, she asked me when I was coming back. She liked to give hugs and to receive them.
I will miss seeing her.
