30+ years ago Rowena helped us become parents through the adoption process with Catholic Community Services. We will always be appreciative of her kindness and care. We are now pleased to be grandparents. Rest in peace Rowena.

We have fond memories of all the Lee family, who lived up the driveway from us on West Mercer Way. Rowena was a caring, gentle and thoughtful woman and a wonderful neighbor. So sad we will be away (visiting Christine and family) and will miss her funeral service.

Great memories of you kids (I am sure you are no longer kids!) too.

I had the great pleasure of being Rowena’s physician for the past 5 years and always looked forward to seeing her in clinic. Her kindness, warm smile, and gratitude made all of her providers at Factoria Medical Center appreciate her over these years. Many of my staff have expressed their sorrow on Rowena’s passing but I know that with Rowena’s strong faith she would want us to celebrate all that is good in life and not regret what has been lost.

My thoughts and prayers are with her extended family at this time.

Rowena guided us through the most important moments in our life, adding our daughter and son to our family. The support Rowena gave us during the adoption process at Catholic community Services was so memorable that her photo jumped out at me from the newspaper. Her life is a reminder that seemingly simple acts kindness do live on.

Our Group Health volunteer driver program provided Mrs. Lee with rides to medical appointments over the years. The drivers had special affection for her, offering to take her even it they had to re-arrange their schedule. She was always so kind and grateful. We will miss her. May she rest in peace. Sympathies to her family and friends,
