Whenever Roy came to our home for a poker game, we always had the popcorn ready. He will be missed a lot, but never forgotten.

I will truly miss Uncle Roy so much! I have so many fond memories of our times together from camping at the ocean, spending week ends with my cousins at their home in Burien, and, of course, the poker games where I learned the fine art of bluffing from one of the best! Love to all, Marla

I don’t think a poker game has ever been more fun then when I played with Roy. He was always the first to initiate getting the game going at family gatherings. A man after my heart. I loved it when he started playing “King Little” which was one of my favorite games, but not one of Buck and Steve’s! Ha Ha. He always had a big pile of coins full of 50 cent pieces in front of him. I could never read his face, but he was a gracious winner wearing the best smile with just a hint of mischief. Roy…you will be dearly missed. Love…the girl on your right…Paula

Please know that you are in our hearts at this time. Losing a parent is so difficult, it leaves an aching void in the family. Although your dad is now resting peacefully, he’ll be deeply missed. Bob and I are so sorry for your loss. Take good care of yourselves during this difficult time.
