Born January 10, 1924, Ruby Kazuko Yokobe passed away peacefully on October 17, 2012. She is survived by her children, Donna Yuasa, Susan Uyeji (Doug Tsujii), Beverly Enebrad (Pete), and Robert Yokobe (Liz Wong); two sisters, Taye Yorita (Matt), and Amy Yorita (Ben); sister in law, Julie Mayeda; six grandchildren; six great grand children; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill H. Yokobe. She enjoyed needle work and dancing, and her joyful laughter will be greatly missed by many. Viewing to be held on Tuesday & Wednesday, October 23-24, 2012, 12pm-5pm at Bonney-Watson, 1732 Broadway, Seattle WA. Private family services to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Seattle Keiro or Nisei Veterans Committee. Our family would like to thank the caregivers at Seattle Keiro for taking such great care of our mom.
