Lois was preceded in death by her loving husband, Marvin L., parents, brother and two sisters. She is survived by her children Marveen Potter of Renton, Maxine Morris James of Auburn, Karen Kangas of Des Moines, Cheryl CoveyJames of Federal Way and Byron N. Kerri Fitch of Burien. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren. She married September 17, 1938. She had five children, she was a wonderful mother, she was a seamstress, made most of us girls clothes, she was a great cook, she did a lot of canning, made the best applesauce and made apple pies to put in the freezer. She was well known for her delicious cinnamon rolls. Dad’s job kept him away from the home so Mom pretty much raised us five kids by herself. She belonged to a bowling league, went to the gym and liked to square dance, she made all of their dance costumes.
I’m so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you in your time of sorrow. In this stressful time, please let me know if I can help in any way.
