Russell Seaward Frazier was the second son born to Seaward Reece Frazier and Hazel Irene (Speed) Frazier on September 11, 1943 in Seattle, WA. Russell had five brothers and two sisters – Roscoe Curtis Frazier, Raymond Stuart Frazier, Ronald Eugene Frazier, Reginald Ted Frazier, Annette Yvonne (Frazier) Delia, and Marilyn Teresa (Frazier) Taylor sister in laws Linda Frazier, Carol Frazier, Brother in law Edmond Taylor.
Russell was preceded in death by his Father Seaward Reece Frazier August 12 1979 his Mother Hazel Irene Frazier September 14 1983 and two of his brothers: Reginald Frazier, the youngest in June 2011 and Roscoe Frazier, the oldest in July 2013. Graduated from Garfield High School in 1963. Russell served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from October 24, 1963 to January 24, 1964. He was joined in marriage to Barbara Abott Frazier in April 1966 to that union was born Yolanda Zoe Frazier and Daikole Tremont Frazier he was blessed to have four grandchildren Spencer, Sonya, Xia,Rina. Russell later moved to Everett WA and remained there until his death . In 2004 Russell was again joined in marriage to Sokannary Prom Frazier, with that union was three sons Sokisinora (Theary)Suon, Rotanak Suon and Phirun Suon; first cousins, Nathan, Felton, Beverly Hall, Barbara Rose, Brenda Bright; nieces and nephews, Frazier-( Constralia, Tollea, Teara, Ronald Jr, Chee Chee, Nyree, Shanta, Hazel, Tasha, Ramone,) Elexa Delia ,(Taylor -Edmond Jr. Aaron, Benjamin, Brent, Nicolous,) Mantia Green and a host of friends and relatives. Russell Loved music while in grade school he learned to play the trumpet and played in the school bands he continued to play through his life, he enjoyed entertaining the neighbors with his skills. He was a wonderful father in his earlier years he would take his children fishing, camping, to the parks and he would never miss a parade. He was a community adviser at one point in his life working with youth and he would never let a kid go by that had a need without helping to meet that need. Russell had taken a sewing class in which he was the only male in the class of fifteen women, they gave him a name “ Russell The Mean Machine.” Russell was a hard worker he worked for many years at Weyerhaeuser Co, Seattle Housing Authority, The Boeing Co and a few other jobs.
This is Russell’s Daughter Deaf. My name is Charnaie Frazier.. i didn’t know that my dad’s passed away suddenly a week ago…I love you dad tho you never visit me or tell your family about me.. I’m your daughter still almost 25 now!

I still cannot believe that you are gone. it is hard for all of us that is left behine, but God is real and he does give strenth. He still is a faithful and loving God.
I love you brother Russell. It’ sad to see a third brother pass away within a 3 year period. This stresses the importance of having strong family ties.
