Obituary
Ruth Maxine Bristol, passed away December 23, 2005. She was born January 25, 1919 in Lewistown, Montana. She graduated from Fergus County High School in 1936, and married Jack S. Bristol, May 25, 1940.
She is survived by three daughters, Nancy Duncan Schofield, Gail Bristol, and Shirley Berg; three grandchildren; and three great-grand children. She was an active member of Ladies’ Oriental Shrine of North America, Ahmes Court #41, and The Order of Eastern Star Tyee Chapter No. 122. She was also a member of the Rose Turner Service Guild in Renton.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. It was her joy to care for her family with wonderful cooking, sewing, sympathetic listening and playing poker with her grandchildren. She loved growing flowers, especially African violets and dahlias, and her homegrown tomatoes were hard to beat. She was a dear friend to many, and will be missed.
